The In-Demand Skills (IDS) stream is one of Ontario's PNP streams that requires the candidate to hold a job offer from an employer in Ontario to be eligible. When receiving a nomination under the IDS stream, candidates can then apply for Permanent Residence to the federal government of Canada. This stream is not aligned with Express Entry
